The client will provide clear details, reference sheets, assets or anything required for the commission.

The character design must be legally obtained, the client have the authorization to commission art of the character.

Unless stated otherwise, it is assumed that commission is for personal use. Commercial use have different rules and additional costs. (Refer to the “Commercial Fees” at the very bottom of this page.)

Turnaround time depends heavily on the type of commission, the complexity, and current workload including college and part-time workload). The more complex and detailed the commission is, the longer it will take.

Work completion for standard illustrations usually take around one to two weeks, as long as payment has already been made.

Should the commission take any longer than a month, an additional update will be provided to the client.

The client have the right to request a refund if the commission has passed the 6-month mark without any communication or updates.

If there should be a deadline due certain circumstances or events, then please plan accordingly. There will be an additional fee of 30% if the commission is needed under 1 week (= rush fee).

Minor revisions such as accessories, color, and small details are allowed without additional fees only until the rendering process. The client must check from sent progress updates if there are any mistakes or details to be fixed.

Major revision request after completion is strictly prohibited.

The artist retain the copyright to display and distribute the commission both personal or commercial on their portfolio, in digital and/or print format, and on social medias.

The artist have the natural rights to post the commissions on social medias and portfolio, unless stated by the client. This must be made clear during the initial process of commissioning. There will no fees for non-disclosure request.

Ill behavior towards the artist will not be tolerated and the commission will immediately be cancelled. Refund rights will also be revoked.

The client cannot claim credit, copy, trace the commission as their own work.

The client cannot transfer or resell the work to another individual.

The client have the right to use non-commercial artwork for personal purposes such as printing, posting, and promoting for oneself. A different usage rights is applied for commercial commissions.

Alteration or reproduction of artworks for NFT, blockchains, machine learning software, and AI art programs of any kind is prohibited. Violation of this will result in blacklist and forfeit of all usage rights

Commercial commissions will have additional costs and the rates will be listed at the very bottom of this page. If you read this, add a coffee emoji after your name in the commission order form to get a 5 USD discount on your commission ^^

Monetary transaction will be done through artist's PayPal invoice. The client should not send any money before the artist send the invoice. Invoice must be paid in the next 72 hours. Should there be a problem or situation on the client’s side, the artist must be updated.

An invoice will be sent after the client’s approval of the initial sketch (rough sketch) The artist will not start the remaining work until the invoice has been paid.

Chargebacks after finished and delivered commission is strictly NOT ALLOWED.

If the artist has failed to update the client in anyway and has taken longer than 6 months to do so, only then the client is eligible to ask for refund. (Refund rates can be discussed)

+ 150% for digital promotions of your brand, product, or business such as social media promotions, streaming assets, digital covers, etc.

+ 200% for digital and physical promotions of your brand, product, or business such as merchandise, album covers, printed book covers, etc.
